By gosh I think he found it!

After a day of playing boat detective hubby found the issue. Apparently on the battery charger itself there was a post to ground to but when he connected the ground to it it would cause the problem with electricity in the water, it was an Ah Ha! Moment. So the problem has been solved (I hope). I told him if it happens again we are hiring an electrician. Lets hope that doesn’t happen.
Now we are at Goodyear Rubber Products in St. Pete, Fl to get the LPG hose made for the stove. Who knows we may get something we planned done today yet!
